John specialises in advising individuals and corporates through the challenges of criminal and regulatory investigations. He has extensive experience of advising on complex cases brought or contemplated by agencies such as the Serious Fraud Office, National Crime Agency, Financial Conduct Authority, Crown Prosecution Service and HMRC. John is regularly instructed in matters relating to fraud, bribery & corruption, proceeds of crime and financial services related investigations such as breaches of FSMA. John also advises on UK & EU Economic Sanctions and their effects on businesses and individuals.
